Network Computer (NC) is a terminal unit that works under the network computer environment. It has the functions of PC in some special application fields.
Compared with PC, there are no hard disk, floppy drive and CD-ROM in NC. It gains resources from the network. Both the software and data are stored on the server.
It is popular for its low cost, non-upgrade, easy to maintain, convenient operation, centralized management, strong security and high reliability. It can meet the need of both the manager and the commonalty for the disposal of information. We now have developed 3 types including NC1000, NC2000, and NC3000 which are widely used in many fields, such as government, army, bank, taxation, enterprise, school, etc.
